A great leader for the spa industry is someone who feels most comfortable in putting the well-being of both guests and employees high on their priority list.” She adds that, in identifying future leaders, she looks for three primary qualities: a thirst for knowledge, ability to keenly listen and ability to handle themselves well in stressful situations.
