if you had to pick one key fact or insight about your business that you
want customers to connect with, what would it be and why?
ResortSuite the company, like ResortSuite the product, has the ability to really person-
alize a customer’s experience. The majority of our customers are multi-amenity, luxury
wellness spas, resorts and clubs. Our customers range in the hundreds, not the
thousands, so that we are able to cater to each and every one of our customers’ needs
and build our staff organically over time to keep these relationships personal and
dedicated. Our Customer Success Team actually reaches out proactively to our
customers to ensure that we have a complete understanding of their changing goals
moving forward, and that they are using the product to the best of its ability.

how does your brand continually work to connect with spas throughout
the year?
ResortSuite just held another successful User Conference in Toronto in March, which
gave us a great opportunity to connect with our customers, open the conversation in
terms of what is important to them now and moving forward, and show them oppor-
tunities within the product that can be used to improve their business and daily
operations. Throughout the year, we attend many conferences, events and tradeshows
(including the ISPA Conference & Expo!) where we can connect with spas face-to-face
and gain an understanding of their goals and objectives.
