ResortSuite just held another successful User Conference in Toronto in March, which gave us a great opportunity to connect with our customers, open the conversation in terms of what is important to them now and moving forward, and show them oppor- tunities within the product that can be used to improve their business and daily operations. Throughout the year, we attend many conferences, events and tradeshows (including the ISPA Conference & Expo!) where we can connect with spas face-to-face and gain an understanding of their goals and objectives. product spotlight The latest version of ResortSuite Mobile really crystalizes ResortSuite’s vision of the guest experience. Guests have the ability to book everything a property has to offer including spa treatments, classes, programs, even golf tee times and dining reservations. The app has a built-in CMS, allowing properties to be in control of their customized guest-facing mobile app.
