Skincare brand VOYA Products Ltd. and equipment supplier Gharieni USA Inc, have partnered together to introduce three treatments combining VOYA’s signature organic seaweed products and Gharieni’s MLX Quartz bed. The treatments include a massage, facial and wrap, each showcasing VOYA’s products on Gharieni equipment. 2. Spa and wellness consultant Diane Trieste was inducted into the 2020 Massage Therapy Hall of Fame. 3. Technogym has signed a contract with The Tokyo Organizing Committee of the Olympics and Paralympic Games (Tokyo 2020) as an official supporter and has become an official supplier in the category of fitness equipment. Technogym will provide fitness equipment for 30 locations, including the Olympic Village, Paralympic Village, and competition and training venues for the athletes to train prior to and during the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. 2 3 4 5 4. Claremont Resort and Spa recently hosted a Cancer Exercise Specialist Workshop that offered extensive training on cancer and exercise. This workshop was held to complement their spa, resort and health club as they welcome guests who may be on a cancer journey. IN REMEMBRANCE Hannelore Leavy, founder of the Day Spa Association and the Spa Industry Association, passed away January 31, 2020. Leavy spent most of her life in the spa and wellness industry.
