4 . Carillon Miami Wellness Resort and Tammy Pahel were recently featured in Luxury Travel Magazine for their innovative Muscle Recovery Circuit , which helps relieve sore muscles . Ideal for athletes , runners , bodybuilders and those experiencing pain and inflammation , the Muscle Recovery Circuit includes three minutes of full-body Electric Cryo , 15 minutes in the Prism Light Pod , 25 minutes of Halotherapy and Infrared , 30 minutes of Salt Float Bath Therapy , 25 minutes in VEMI and 20 minutes in the Somadome . Sammy Gharieni of ISPA member Gharieni Group also offered fantastic contributions to this wellness project .

A new research study by Accor reveals optimism about the return of travel in 2022 with travelers intending to spend an average of 39 percent more on travel in 2022 than they did in 2019 , and to take an average of four trips this year . The study asked 6,000 people across five countries — the United Kingdom , the Netherlands , Germany , Poland and Russia — about their travel preferences and desires . The results were highly positive and indicate travelers value travel and vacation time more than ever .

Each year , Yon-Ka Paris releases a limited-edition bottle of LOTION YON- KA accompanied with a collections box with unwavering gratitude to the earth . With each purchase , a portion of the proceeds is donated to the Birds and Bees Farm in New Jersey and “ A Roof for Our Bees ” Association . Since launching the effort in 2014 , the skincare brand has helped establish beehives that have provided homes to over 750,000 bees worldwide . •
