The true definition of ZOOM is to move or dash quickly — we sure have all become very accustomed to ZOOMing since the pandemic . It still amazes me that every call we have these days seems to be via videoconference . I am a fan of good old fashioned conference calls . I find I can be smarter when I am not looking at ( critiquing ) myself in a mirror !
We are thrilled to be gathering together again for the second time since COVID where we will be addressing the pressing issues facing spa industry leaders . We are beyond grateful for the countless volunteer leaders , speakers , exhibitors and sponsors who have helped shape this year ’ s event . For the next several weeks , your ISPA Team will be focused on ensuring a great guest experience for everyone !
The ISPA Conference is the place to meet face-to-face to build and strengthen relationships . Zoom is great but we all know nothing beats being in a room with a group of like-minded friends who are focused around common goals . And you cannot really experience an ISPA hug over Zoom !
