SPA-TISTICAL ANALYSIS :

ISPA ’ s Snapshot Survey

THROUGHOUT THE YEAR , ISPA conducts Snapshot Surveys to help members keep their finger on the pulse of spa industry trends and shifts . ISPA members are rewarded for the few minutes invested in completing the short surveys :
First , respondents receive the full results report within two weeks after a survey opens . In addition to the insights gleaned from the monthly data trove , you ’ ll be able to read the full comments shared for the qualitative survey questions . This member resource provides an invaluable opportunity to share ideas , challenges and successes with your spa peers .
Second , respondents ’ comments and the overall responses are used to determine ISPA priorities . Your survey submission serves as a bullhorn to let industry leaders know the spa community ’ s pain points and where educational resources and tools are needed .
In brief …
A short overview of survey results appears in the Pulse issue following each Snapshot Survey ’ s conclusion . ( See page 64 for a recent Snapshot Survey recap .) The magazine includes only a few data points and charts from the complete report .
Find a more in-depth report of the most recent survey , along with archives of previous surveys , in the Research Library on experienceispa . com .
