THREE SESSION TYPES
1 . Power Session keynotes are keynote speeches meant to inspire the audience and encourage everyone to “ Dream Big !” Three keynote speakers will address the assembled attendees , one each day of the 2024 ISPA Conference . All Conference-goers are encouraged to view the daily keynote addresses on the main stage . 2 . Knowledge Builder sessions are hour-long education sessions that feature a single speaker or a panel . Knowledge Builders provide members with in-depth knowledge about important spa industry topics , offering insights into how information learned can adapt to meet the unique needs of every spa . During each Knowledge Builder timeslot , three sessions run concurrently . 3 . Smart30 sessions are quick , bite-size knowledge
sessions . Attendees leave each half-hour brief with short and concise calls-to-action to implement immediately into their daily operations . These sessions also run concurrently .
