CHARLOTTE PRESCOTT’ S SPA JOURNEY BEGAN at an early age, first by watching her mother’ s career in the industry and later while working summer jobs in renowned luxury spas and winter breaks on cruise ships. In 2000, she became vice president of sales and marketing for Aromatherapy Associates, working with top-tier resorts and spas across North America, the Caribbean and Asia. In 2007, Prescott transitioned into spa operations, opening Spa Chakra at the Conrad Miami before joining the opening leadership team at Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach. There, she served as director of spa and fitness for five years and helped earn the facility recognition as Virtuoso’ s“ Best Spa.” She later served six years as director of spa, fitness and retail at the Biltmore Hotel & Spa in Coral Gables and five years in the same role at the Fisher Island Club in Miami.
More recently, Prescott opened the first Arch Amenitybranded Privai Spa + Fitness at the Kimpton Epic Hotel in downtown Miami, and led the first expansion for Toska Spa & Facial Bar in Coral Gables. She is now director of spa at the Tierra Santa Healing House at Faena Miami Beach.
Prescott served the ISPA Board as Secretary / Treasurer prior to her election as Vice Chair.
TAYLOR FIELDS BEGAN HIS SPA CAREER IN 2008, never expecting his spa attendant job to blossom into a passion for the spa industry and turn into a long-term career.
Over nine years at the PCH Hotels & Resorts-managed Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa in Birmingham, Alabama, he advanced through several roles— spa concierge, supervisor, manager and director— while finding creative ways to drive revenue and elevate guest satisfaction.
In 2017, Fields briefly joined MGM Resorts’ Beau Rivage Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi, to broaden his skillset before returning to PCH Hotels & Resorts as corporate director of spa. In 2023, Fields’ s role expanded to corporate director of spa, wellness and retail, overseeing retail outlets, fitness centers and wellness activation across multiple properties.
Under his leadership, PCH spas have earned top rankings. Notably, the Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort & Spa at Grand National was named Marriott’ s best spa in North America, and the Grand Hotel Golf Resort and Spa earned the prestigious best in class award among 142 Autograph Collection hotels. n
