100,000 square feet — ideally in one large room without many obstructions and located within easy walking distance of all other Conference spaces . l Education and meeting space : The Main Stage room must be large enough to seat most Conference attendees for daily Power Sessions with keynote speakers and again for multiple Town Hall events . But that ’ s only the start : Concurrent Knowledge Builder sessions each demand an additional room capable of seating several hundred attendees , and ISPA-hosted corporate meetings adjacent to Conference dates add to the necessary room count . In total , more than 50,000 square feet are required for meeting and education spaces . l Experience Center space : One of the ISPA Conference ’ s most popular features is the Experience Center , where retail partners demonstrate their most innovative and luxurious products and services . The by-appointment-only Experience Center room requires at least 10,000 square feet to house large equipment and to provide enough space — and privacy — for hands-on interactions . l Meal space : We break bread together several times during Conference . Dozens of dining tables and a few elaborate serving setups add 45,000-plus square feet to venue requirements . l Facilities and infrastructure : Dozens of presenters , hundreds of exhibitors , thousands of attendees , millions of dollars in displays and demonstrations : Those are numbers demanding substantial logistical support . From audiovisual equipment to internet connectivity , technical infrastructure must be capable of heavy traffic and steady demand .
