iLearn in action : a quick walkthrough ISPA Ambassadors helped bring the new resource to life by sharing their expertise as beta users during the testing phase . Their feedback helped ensure the final product is intuitive and user-friendly . Following is a quick introduction to the tool ’ s primary resources . l GETTING STARTED : Accessing iLearn is easy . Simply visit experienceispa . com , navigate to the “ Resources ” section in the homepage menu bar and click iLearn . Your standard ISPA member login will provide you with immediate access to a wealth of iLearn educational offerings . l SEARCH BAR : By selecting All Sessions and Courses in the left sidebar , members will be able to search the course library by entering the name of the session ( if known ) or simply entering a keyword in the “ tags ” search bar . For keyword searches , all sessions tagged with the chosen keyword will appear in the search results . l SESSIONS UNDER TOPIC : By selecting All Sessions and Courses , members will see several folders organized by topic . All sessions related to the respective topic will be available in the folder . l SESSION START PAGE : By selecting the session they are interested in , members will be directed to an overview page that lists the name and topic along with the date the session was recorded and a session description . Members will then scroll down and click the Start button at the bottom of the page . l MY SESSIONS AND COURSES : By selecting their unique user page , members will see which sessions they have started watching and which sessions they have completed . Pro tip : Members must watch at least 75 percent of the session for it to be counted as completed . l RECOMMENDED COURSES : By visiting their profile in iLearn , scrolling , and clicking on “ interests ,” members will have the option to enter tags ( e . g ., retail , talent recruitment , employee ). Once tags appear in a user ’ s profile , the LMS will add courses associated with those tags to the member ’ s “ recommended courses ” tab on the left side toolbar . n
