Esthetics Compact :
The esthetics profession was selected for compact development activities on July 1 , 2024 , and the Technical Assistance Groups for the Esthetics Compact convened for the first time on July 25 .
On October 1-2 , the Document Team met in Washington , D . C . to draft the compact model legislation . The drafting process was completed , and the final draft was approved as ready to be submitted for stakeholder review by the Technical Assistance Group and Document Team on November 21 .
In January , The Council of State Governments planned stakeholder review sessions which were open to the public .
