My best advice for a first-time ISPA Conference attendee would be to pace yourself . I like to walk the floor and prepare a list of booths or vendors I want to discover or speak with . Be sure to attend all the morning sessions . They will inspire you and ground you with the spa community . If you don ’ t make it to all the booths , reach out to the vendors individually . They are always so wonderful and will engage with you one-on-one and give you all the info you need . Lastly : ENJOY !
