THE 2026 ISPA CONFERENCE COUNTDOWN
give you practical takeaways you can put into action immediately. My goal is that you feel inspired but at the same time have a real tool you can use in your world on a busy Monday a month later.
Pulse: What kind of mindset or curiosity would you encourage attendees to walk into your session with to get the most out of it?
JA: Be honest about your own broken soundtracks. If you pretend you have it all together, you don’ t get to grow. I don’ t like watching speeches where the presenter acts like they’ ve been on a 20-year win streak and have never made a mistake. That’ s fake. I’ ll share my wins and losses in the talk as a way to encourage you to get brave too. n
