Diversity in the spa environment is important; you want guests to feel comfortable no matter their sex, age, race or language. When just the simple act of finding enough qualified employees to fill your team is such a huge obstacle in today’ s spa climate, how do you take care to ensure your spa’ s diversity needs are also met?

Jane Turner, spa director at Willow Stream Spa touts the island’ s popularity and location, as well as the spa’ s large volume of local guests for its ability to remain diverse.
