High integrity data is an essential resource needed within the spa industry ’ s toolkit as we continue to navigate through the pandemic and move into the year ahead . For more than 20 years , ISPA has partnered with PricewaterhouseCoopers to develop cuttingedge industry and consumer research studies to monitor the state of the industry and this year ’ s efforts are more important than ever before .

The 2021 study will feature 2020 performance data , insights into pandemic responses and trends for the year ahead . For this effort to be successful , we need your help .
