Pulse : What mindset should ISPA members have when they walk into your Conference keynote address this April ? Any hints on surprises to expect from your presentation ? SG : Be prepared to change the way you think about work . Expect to have new tools that are going to help you find this intersection between work and well-being .
One of the things we ’ re going to talk about is taking action . The goal , ultimately , is How do we take all the great benefit and energy we find in the spa and take it into the outside world ? One of the most important things we ’ re going to lead with is taking what we learn in Phoenix and making it actionable .
Pulse : ISPA is asking members to “ Dream Big !” during the 2024 Conference . How does that idea tie in to your work with business leaders ? SG : Dreaming big requires having great energy . And we might have the right talent , the right skill , abundant amounts of time — but if we don ’ t have the right energy , we can ’ t achieve big dreams .
