What ’ s in Store for 2024 ?

1ISPA is currently working on a Retail Toolkit to be debuted in 2024 . Similar to the Talent Toolkit available to ISPA members at experienceispa . com , the new Retail Toolkit will equip spas with guidance , resources and templates to create effective purchasing strategies , manage inventory and retail planning , ordering , commission strategies and much more . The brilliance of the ISPA community will be tapped into to complete this toolkit , and the ISPA Team is eagerly anticipating its release . 2A heightened focus on talent recruitment and retention has brought numerous new developments to light in today ’ s growing spa industry . With this in mind , ISPA is currently updating the Compensation Workbook to assist ISPA members in the complex task of breaking down , designing and implementing up-to-date compensation strategies . 3The 2024 ISPA Conference , hosted at the Phoenix Convention Center from April 23 to 25 , will bring together an ever-evolving community of spa representatives and resource partner experts from around the globe to experience the record-breaking growth of the spa industry . This issue of Pulse features a countdown spread featuring registration , keynote speaker and hotel details for ISPA ’ s triumphant return to Phoenix ( pages 28 and 29 ). 4ISPA is in the earliest stages of adding a learning management system to its online offerings . While details are still to be finalized , ISPA members can look forward to enhanced opportunities to tap into ISPA ’ s educational resources and tout their achievements to their online communities .
