The Bentley-Gallup Force for Good study reveals Americans aged 18 to 29 prioritize a company ’ s performance on environmental and social issues more than older age groups . Young adults are significantly more likely to stress the importance of sustainable operations , reducing carbon emissions , promoting diversity and inclusion and creating opportunities for low socioeconomic groups . These values are at least 10 percentage points higher among young adults compared to those aged 60 and older .
