WORDS OF WISDOM Daily keynote speakers inspired us — not only to make the most of the day ahead , but with important calls-to-action to implement after we left Phoenix . No need to pick a favorite ( they were all fun to hear )— but let us know if one of the keynote speakers really struck a chord .

LESSONS LEARNED Dynamic presenters covered 18 topics in this year ’ s education sessions . In addition to the hour-long Knowledge Builder offerings , a new half-hour Smart30 series gave attendees the opportunity to sit in on more sessions each day .

A GRAND WELCOME Western wear was in style on opening night as attendees got social at the ISPA Welcome Party — Wild West Celebration at The Van Buren . We saw lots of line dancing and singing along as the spa community showed it knows how to party .
