tips for a comfortable and professional event experience : l Business casual attire : While the 2024 ISPA Conference has no official dress code , most attendees prefer business casual attire . l Comfortable footwear : Attendees find the Phoenix Convention Center ’ s expansive hotel and event space make walking a frequent part of the event . Pack supportive shoes and your feet will thank you later . l Layered clothing : Veteran attendees usually recommend dressing in layers and keeping a light jacket

or shawl on hand . Phoenix experiences temperature swings between day and night . Keep that in mind if you plan to get out and about during your stay . l Dry heat : The average high springtime temperature in Phoenix is 90 F ( 32 C ). l Unexpectedly cool : Lows average 55 F ( 13 C ), and inside the convention center can be cool .

Any registration badge grants attendees access to the Wild West Celebration . Additional tickets for non-registered guests may be purchased through ISPA and must be acquired prior to the close of registration . They cannot be purchased at the door .

2024 ISPA CONFERENCE DATES : As the spa community prepares to join together in Phoenix next month , ISPA recognizes the inconvenient timing of an industry event held while many members are observing the Passover holiday . Limited venue availability affected this year ’ s Conference dates . When Covid considerations forced ISPA to cancel the 2021 gathering , we were able to reschedule with the contracted venue for 2024 . The Phoenix Convention Center and both hotels worked diligently to coordinate an available time to host a group as large as ours . ISPA assures its members we will continue to keep in mind cultural and religious observances as future Conference dates are considered .
