to quarterly retrain the spa staff on protocols and service standards and

keep employees up-to-date with increasingly savvy consumers, who crave more
effective and natural treatments with
each passing year.
“Guests know skin care much more
now than ever,” Anderson says. “We see
that they really want treatments that are
more results-oriented and specific to
their concerns. Guests want their time to
be personalized, whether it is a fitness
class or a massage treatment.” n
