Entry into the spa industry: Like many career stories, my path into the spa industry began with a bit of serendipity. I took a position at a local high-end day spa, managing the front desk, social marketing and creating events— fully expecting it to be a temporary stop. Instead, I fell completely in love with the spa world. I loved connecting with clients, creating beautiful moments and atmospheres, and seeing in real time how these experiences helped people look and feel their best. That sense of impact made it clear I’ d found the right industry and path.
From there, I joined Nemacolin, a five-star resort in Pennsylvania, working my way up to director of spa and wellness. In 2023, I transitioned to Natura Bissé, overseeing the spa channel for the Americas. Here, I blend my operational background with luxury sales, helping partners innovate and elevate their guest experiences.
Personal wellness ritual: One wellness ritual that keeps me truly grounded is my meditation practice. I carve out 10 – 15 minutes every morning to sit quietly, breathe and set my intention for the day. It helps me shift from reactive to centered, and I notice a huge difference in my parenting, focus and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Entry into the spa industry: I owned and operated a hotel spa and stand-alone location right out of college, ramped up and sold 14 years later. I am grateful for his experience, as it provides me with a consultative approach to sales and leadership.
Personal wellness ritual: I take micro-break throughout the day, allowing me to reflect, stretch, clear my head and strategize. By regularly resetting your physical and mental state, you prevent fatigue and sustain energy and focus.
Even colleagues don’ t know... My guilty pleasure is home design.
