challenges they face and the diverse approaches they take
to everything from marketing to menu design to spa cui-
sine—in short, how they approach the things that make a

We would argue—as would many of our ISPA
members—that an ISPA membership falls into this cate-
gory. By providing ISPA members with essential resources,
community support, new ideas, enlightening data and in-
sightful knowledge, an ISPA membership can play a role
