The energy carried seamlessly onto a sold-out Expo Floor, where hundreds of Retail Partners showcased innovations at every turn— from cutting-edge products for retail and backbar to services designed to help spas grow and thrive. In between, attendees gathered over lively lunches( cookies always within reach) to reconnect, recharge and share ideas, while daily Power Sessions sparked fresh thinking through compelling keynote presentations.
Connection and giving back Throughout the week, the ISPA Conference App kept everything at attendees’ fingertips— connecting them to schedules, sessions, maps and each other in real time. Alongside it, the Daily Pulse email every morning helped everyone stay in the know and ready to dive into each day’ s opportunities.
That same spirit of connection carried into giving back. The ISPA Research Foundation Auction brought the community together in support of industry research and education, with strong participation from donors and bidders helping to drive continued innovation across the spa landscape.

A welcoming community Of course, the ISPA Conference is as much about community as it is about content. This year’ s celebration of industry leaders and visionaries, including the presentation of prestigious awards, was a powerful reminder of the passion and dedication that define our field. The opening night Welcome Party set the tone in unforgettable fashion, as members embraced the“ Solid Gold” theme with creativity and flair, dancing late into the night to ISPA favorite The Spazmatics and the high-energy beats of DJ Frawleywood, who kept spirits soaring throughout the event.
Moments that extend beyond the stage Beyond the main stage, attendees refreshed their professional presence at the headshot station, explored hands-on therapies in the immersive Experience Center, and gathered for meaningful corporate meetings that continue to shape the future of the global spa industry. And in a nod to learning that extends far beyond these three days, three new iLearn courses were announced— bringing Conference insights to members year-round through ISPA’ s education platform.
