POWER SESSION
THE 2026 ISPA CONFERENCE’ S DAY THREE Power Session opened with a look back— and a celebration of the connections that defined the week. Sponsored by Nelly De Vuyst, the session began with product giveaways for attendees and a corporate video highlighting the brand’ s heritage and innovation in skincare.
A“ week in review” video followed, capturing highlights from the first two days of the Conference, along with enthusiastic attendee testimonials— many echoing a shared sentiment:“ We love you, ISPA.”
ISPA Chair Kenneth Ryan then took the stage to emcee the session, thanking sponsors and exhibitors while reflecting on the spirit of the event.“ This conference has been filled with connection, innovation and discovery,” he said, reinforcing that“ it’ s not just what we do, it’ s who we do it with— that makes ISPA so special.”
Ryan also recognized the impact of the Expo, noting the strong presence of both longtime partners and more than 50 new brands( see story on page 30). Joined by longtime ISPA leader Frank Pitsikalis,
he presented the ISPA Expo Awards, honoring standout achievements in booth design, product innovation and overall experience( see story on page 28). The session also included moments of appreciation for the volunteers and leaders who help drive the organization forward. Ryan acknowledged the ISPA Board— welcoming new directors, recognizing those reelected and thanking those concluding their service. He encouraged broader member involvement, noting,“ Without volunteerism, we don’ t move forward in the big ways we have.”
Honoring Leaders Marti Morenings was honored with the ISPA Visionary Award, recognizing her inspiration and her significant contributions to the industry and the association.
With the week’ s accomplishments celebrated and the community’ s impact on full display, Ryan introduced keynote speaker Jon Acuff, closing the session on a forward-looking note focused on growth, mindset and action. n
