It’s time to think of recruiting as something that doesn’t stop until an
employee has left the building. According to Gallup’s 2016 study, How
Millennials Want to Work and Live, only 32 percent of all U.S. employees feel
engaged at work. Even worse, only four percent of company and HR
leaders believe they are very good at engaging people of all generations
in the work environment.
