August’ s ISPA Snapshot Survey, the monthly digital survey administered to members, covered everything marketing— from effective advertising methods and discounting to special promotions and CRM software. Not surprisingly, social media marketing proved to be the favorite among most respondents.

When asked what resource was at the top of their marketing wish list and why they have a need for this resource, there seemed to be a resounding“ yes” to a dedicated employee for social media – not only to save time and money, but also to keep their businesses on the industry radar.
