Not surprisingly , social media marketing proved to be the favorite among most respondents .

When asked what resource was at the top of their marketing wish list and why they have a need for this resource , there seemed to be a resounding “ yes ” to a dedicated employee for social media – not only to save time and money , but also to keep their businesses on the industry radar .
