STRONG QUARTERLY GROWTH:
Industry Evolution on Display inSnapshot Survey
THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2025 was a time of surging momentum and opportunity for the spa industry compared to the same period in 2024. Sponsored by BABOR, ISPA’ s July Snapshot Survey found spa revenue climbed in Q2 for nearly two-thirds of respondents. More than half saw profits and visits rise, signaling healthy improvement and growing consumer demand. This heightened demand allowed for hiring efforts to gain traction, suggesting both clients and talent are returning with renewed energy.
As usual, the Snapshot Survey proved to be more than just a display of numbers and painted a picture of evolution. Nearly half of spas introduced new treatments, showing a clear appetite for innovation and differentiation.
