Excuria Salon & Spa puts experience at the heart of team training Kristen Brown, spa director at Excuria Salon & Spa, recently led an immersive training experience designed to give team members firsthand knowledge of the services and products they share with guests. The evening introduced the team to UMM Skincare and invited front desk staff to experience Excuria’ s Turkish Bath for themselves, building a deeper understanding of its warmth, ritual and sense of care. The training celebrates Excuria’ s commitment to investing in its team and equipping employees with the knowledge and confidence to create more authentic, informed guest interactions.

Partnership earns gold ISPA, Associated Skin Care Professionals( ASCP) and Professional Beauty Association( PBA) received a 2026 ASAE Power of Associations Gold Award for their collaborative work advancing the Esthetics Licensure Compact. Presented at the Summit Awards Dinner in Washington, D. C., the honor recognizes efforts to make it easier for qualified estheticians to practice across state lines— supporting career mobility and the businesses that rely on their expertise.
