Marcus Keene , ISPA Town Hall contributor and director of spa operations at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore , served as “ virtual ” professor for Northern Arizona University ’ s ( NAU ) spa management students for one day at the request of Dr . Frederick DeMicco , who contributed to a Knowledge Builder session at the 2021 ISPA Stronger Together Summit . Keene brought a fun and inspiring message to the students at NAU and encouraged them to become members of ISPA to further assist their journey in the spa industry .
