1 . Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa has completed a $ 13.9 million renovation , including a redesign of accommodations and grounds that result in a harmonious combination past and present , casual and luxurious , with a nod to the property ’ s equestrian heritage .“ Estancia La Jolla is such a special place ,” said Eric Jenkins , general manager ,“ and this renovation not only elevates our current guest experience , but celebrates our history through experiential design that positions us as an elevated destination for all occasions , from local staycations and leisure-driven travel to meetings , groups , weddings and beyond .”

Evidens de Beauté celebrated its 15th anniversary with summer festivities that treated guests to the “ best of beauty , aestheticism and the Franco-Japanese art of living .” Activities centered around the number 15 with events happening on the 14th , 15th and 16th of each month , and the brand released a special edition candle with a fragrance evoking a traditional Japanese environment of tatami mats , sweet timber overflow and rice . The brand also invited partners and distributors to an event at founder Charles Edouard Barthes ’ Château de Montfort in the South of France .

3 . One Well World celebrated the opening of a new corporate office in Englewood , Colorado , in August with an open house . The evening included cocktails , hors d ’ oeuvres , networking and a Wellness Walk of experiential mini-stations including treatments and inspiration for creating spa services to enhance guest well-being . Jennifer Walsh , creator of Beauty Bar , delivered a keynote sharing her expertise on the connections between neuroscience , nature and wellness .

4 . Rosewood Hotels ’ Senior Corporate Director of Wellness Emmanuel Arroyo recently visited the site of Rosewood Amsterdam . Currently under construction , the property is expected to open by the end of 2023 . This is Rosewood ’ s first Netherlands property , and its 11th in Europe .

1 . Nemacolin has been recognized by BUILD magazine ’ s Architecture Awards 2023 as the Best Spa & Wellness Resort Transformation ( USA ). According to the publication , the recent evolution and overall experience of Nemacolin “ weaves magic into each and every aspect of its facilities …. As a result , The Grand Lodge demonstrates an inspiring collaboration between utility and elegance that ’ s designed to leave guests awestruck .”

2 . The Spa at Hotel Washington has been awarded the Travelers ’ Choice Awards from Trip Advisor for 2023 . This is the second year in a row the spa , located in the heart of D . C ., has received this recognition . To celebrate , the team shared a picturesque luncheon and boat ride on the nearby Potomac River .
