A study found mother-performed infant massage reduced eczema severity in infants , while another revealed massage therapy alleviated chronic low back pain in middle-aged adults . AMTA advocates massage therapy as a valuable practice for enhancing physical and mental well-being across all ages .
The 18th annual Global Wellness Summit is coming this November to St . Andrews , Scotland .
