Everything You Need to Know About the Latest ISPA Member Benefit
After nearly a year of planning, the iSpa team is thrilled to share the new technology update that will be a huge enhancement to your membership. in august, the experienceispa. com membership portal was down for about a week, which gave our team the opportunity to transfer all our data over to the new system. now that everything is up and running, here is a walkthrough of the system’ s newest features.
intuitive Member directories Perhaps the most exciting new feature, the new member directories are more intuitive, organized and easily searchable. There are currently three different directories, depending on what type of member you are looking for: the Spa Directory lists all member spas by property, the Resource Partner directory includes vendors and service providers and is organized by product or service offering, and the All Member Directory( Individuals) Directory is a listing of people within the ISPA membership.
The search bar at the top of each directory is extremely intuitive, so you no longer need to know the exact spelling of the organization or person. You can even type in a location, keyword, or name, and all members related to your inquiry will appear. This smart search feature will make finding fellow members within the system much simpler.
