his month, the entire international spa community will come together for a few incredible days
of learning, networking, inspiration, innovation and fun: the 2018 ISPA Conference & Expo.
And we’ll be there, too, working behind-the-scenes to help make it all happen. It may sound
crazy, but we look forward to stuffing thousands of welcome bags, room drops and regis-
tration bags while we spend bonding time with our teammates.

For Allison and Olivia on our membership team, they can finally put faces
to the people they’ve connected with every day. Amber can finally connect
with her exhibitor contacts and watch their booths come to life. And all of us
will get to connect—and reconnect—with you, our members, who are really what make ISPA such an
amazing thing to be a part of.
For a few of us, this is our first-ever ISPA Conference & Expo. For others, it’s our fifth, tenth or fifteenth.
But all of us are equally excited to come together with the community we love for an annual celebration of
everything the spa industry stands for: purpose, passion and a desire to help people live more fulfilling lives.
