RESOURCE PARTNERS MIRROR THE TREND Resource partners are also highly active in digital marketing. Nearly four-in-five( 79 percent) utilize social media, and more than two-thirds( 69 percent) use direct email campaigns. Like spa members, their most common frequency for posting content is two to five times weekly( 38 percent).
Resource partners prioritize follower interaction, with 82 percent responding to comments and more than half( 55 percent) collaborating with influencers. They are also adept at performance tracking, with two-thirds( 64 percent) of resource partners using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of their campaigns.
BEYOND THE DATA In addition to quantitative findings, the survey also collected open-ended responses from both spa and resource partners that highlight their most successful digital promotions and key marketing challenges. n
