Miraval Resorts & Spas announced Miraval The Red Sea Residences, a collection of 20 exclusive beach villas set to launch in late 2025 alongside Miraval The Red Sea, the brand’ s first resort outside the U. S. Developed in partnership with Red Sea Global, this project marks Miraval’ s entry into the Middle East, emphasizing intentional living and well-being. Located on Saudi Arabia’ s Shura Island, the villas feature private pools, ocean views and nature-inspired interiors designed by Foster + Partners and the Rockwell Group. Residents will enjoy personalized wellness programs, dedicated villa hosts and access to the 40,000-square-foot Life in Balance Spa, the largest on the island. The project is part of The Red Sea Project, a major regenerative tourism initiative along Saudi Arabia’ s pristine Red Sea coast.
Four Seasons has announced plans for a new luxury hotel and private residences in Charleston, South Carolina. The development will feature 139 guest rooms and 36 branded residences, located in the city’ s historic district within walking distance of popular attractions like King Street and the Charleston City Market. The eight-story building will blend Charleston’ s historic charm with modern luxury, offering guests and residents an experience marked by warmth and Four Seasons’ renowned service. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and Lark Design Studios, the property will include four restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool with cabanas, 7,000 square feet of event space, a fullservice spa, fitness center and curated retail. The residences, ranging from 2,000 to 3,700 square feet, feature spacious layouts, private balconies or terraces and personalized services such as in-residence dining and concierge. Pricing for homes starts at $ 5 million, with dedicated management ensuring full service whether owners are home or away.
Auratherapy, the wellness brand known for personalized aura readings and chakra balancing, recently made its West Coast debut at the Well + Good Shop’ s House of Good pop-up in Venice Beach.
