Michael Stusser and Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary establish Perpetual Purpose Trust Michael Stusser, founder and owner of Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary in Freestone, California, has transitioned the spa’ s operating assets into the newly formed Osmosis Sanctuary Trust, a perpetual purpose trust designed to preserve the spa’ s mission, culture and guest experience for years to come. The milestone reflects Stusser’ s longterm commitment to protecting the vision behind Osmosis, which is widely known for its cedar enzyme baths, Japanese meditation gardens, massage treatments and retreat experiences, and highlights the spa’ s continued leadership in purpose-driven wellness.
