The NOTL Sour

The NOTL Sour is a signature Niagara-on-the-Lake cocktail that celebrates the region’ s rich wine and culinary heritage. Featuring locally inspired flavors, including Niagara wine, peach and Bella Terra Red Wine Salt, it offers a unique taste of wine country in every sip.
INGREDIENTS l 1 oz whiskey l 1½ oz peach puree l 1 oz lemon juice l ½ oz simple syrup l 3 dashes peach bitters
For the red wine foam: l 1 oz merlot
l ½ oz egg white l ½ oz simple syrup

PREPARATION
SHAKE THE FIRST FIVE INGREDIENTS with ice and pour into a rocks glass. For the red wine foam, froth the topping using a hand frother or the cold setting on a milk frother, then gently pour it over the cocktail. For an extra touch, brush a small amount of simple syrup along the rim or side of the glass and sprinkle with Bella Terra Red Wine Salt.
