THE WORLD LOOKS VERY DIFFERENT TODAY than it did two years ago . The pandemic has left an indelible impact on the spa and hospitality industries — and the way those industries view talent . The Great Resignation has only served to complicate matters , causing many leaders to re-evaluate everything from the language used in job descriptions to their spas ’ core operational processes , all in the name of attracting and retaining the best candidates in an incredibly competitive labor market .
Based on the insights from talent and leadership experts from around the world , here are a few key emerging trends that will have the greatest impact on talent in the spa and wellness industry this year and beyond .
