Dnload the Mobile App
Last year, nearly half of all ISPA Conference
& Expo attendees used the official ISPA app
to check times, set their own customized
schedules, learn more about education
sessions, bid on auction items, look up
fellow attendees’ contact information and
more. In short, it’s your one-stop-shop for
maximizing the potential of your #ISPA2019
experience.
Download the app on the Apple App Store or
Google Play by searching “ISPA Conference.”
FIRST TIME
IN VEGAS ?
Pulse Has You Covered.
L as Vegas has more than just casinos—it
also has a thriving downtown, a incredibly
diverse food scene and an beautiful desert
landscape.
The Arts District, located between
downtown and the Strip, is the place to go
for a culinary experience. For food with a
southwestern flair, check out Dona Maria.
Also located in the Arts District is Esther’s
Kitchen, an Italian cucina that is one of
Vegas’s most renowned and trendy restau-
rants. If you’re after indelible, not edible,
experiences, the Arts District has galleries,
murals and quirky museums galore.
From there, it’s only a twenty-minute
walk or five-minute Uber to Downtown
Las Vegas. Best known for the Fremont
Street Experience, the rest of downtown
has experienced a revival over the past ten
years; now, it’s filled with both new cocktail
bars and old standbys, including the
legendary Atomic Liquors bar. Just north
of downtown, the Neon Museum is a
popular attraction and an homage to Las
Vegas’s iconic bright lights.
If you’re the sort of person who enjoys
experiencing the local natural sights while
traveling, don’t miss out on the chance to
hike in Red Rock Canyon, a national
conservation area west of Las Vegas. You
can hike on your own by renting a car or
hailing a rideshare, but it may be a good
idea to book a guided hiking tour. You can
learn more about hiking in Red Rock
Canyon at redrockcanyonlv.org. n
