ISPA’s Virtual Chats with Resource Partner Pros series
is the latest evolution of our digital content to help
spas recover from the effects of COVID-19. Beginning
with the first chat on July 7, each session has explored
innovative new products, adaptations and reopening ideas
shared by ISPA’s resource partner community. There are
three chats remaining in the series on August 11, 18 and 25.
If you are unable to register for the Zoom webinar, you
can access these unique one-hour chats via Facebook Live
or ISPA’s YouTube channel each week to gain business tips
and get a first look at what’s new in the spa world.
Participants can submit questions in advance to be answered
by the resource partner panelists.

Since devoting Snapshot Surveys to gathering information
from those on the front lines of reopening,
ISPA has experienced renewed interest in the
monthly surveys. A fresh design for 2020, coupled with the
naturally heightened demand for real numbers on the
subject of reopening procedures, has combined to generate
more report views than ever before.
ISPA will continue to survey industry professionals on a
variety of pertinent topics to keep members in the know
on what their peers are thinking, feeling and doing to address
the altered landscape of today’s spa environment.

JOB BANK
The ISPA Job Bank is a job bank for our industry, by our industry. As your spa or
resource partner business reopens and begins to hire staff again, turn to the ISPA
Job Bank to find qualified spa professionals. Spas both large and small have used it
to find massage therapists, spa directors and more; resource partners have also used the
ISPA Job Bank to find sales representatives and directors of sales. Job postings are quick to
complete and stay online for 30 days, but can be edited and extended during that period.
While only ISPA members are allowed to post job listings, anyone can search for job
