A RECENT ISPA SNAPSHOT SURVEY gathered responses from ISPA members to gauge their spa or company’ s firstquarter performance compared to the first quarter of 2024. The survey also asked spa and resource partner members about their employer-offered benefits.

STARTING THE YEAR RIGHT Key findings indicate two-thirds of spas surveyed reported a year-over-year increase in first-quarter revenue, with more than half of the spa respondents also noting a rise in profits. Additionally, nearly half of respondents filled vacant positions during the first quarter, and a slight majority observed an increase in spa visits. A little over half of the respondents introduced a new treatment to their spa menu, while a quarter of respondents indicated their average revenue per treatment for Q1 surpassed $ 25.
