Spa Industry Study survey will open for participation in early January with the survey link being sent directly to each ISPA spa member in the United States . To make ISPA ’ s 35th anniversary year better than ever , ISPA is encouraging members to participate and share the survey link with their spa peers who may or may not be members so that data can be supplied more richly than ever to ISPA ’ s amazing partners at PricewaterhouseCoopers ( PwC ).

HEADS UP ! The ISPA Board of Directors Expression of Candidacy window opens to primary members on December 16 and closes January 10 . Refer to page 54 for a briefing from the ISPA Board .

FEEDBACK IS ESSENTIAL in helping ISPA enhance the content and value of Pulse magazine . To better serve the member community and increase the value of this member benefit , ISPA conducted a Pulse reader survey in early fall 2024 .
