2021 ISPA U . S . Spa Industry Study to Release This Month
YEAR AFTER YEAR , ISPA ’ s consumer and spa industry research initiatives provide members with hard data to back up their most important operational decisions and business proposals . Conducted in partnership with valued advisors from renowned research organization PricewaterhouseCoopers ( PwC ), ISPA ’ s U . S . Spa Industry Study is now in its 22nd year of delivering key performance metrics and emerging trends to spa professionals .
This month , the full 2021 ISPA U . S . Spa Industry Study will be released to ISPA members . Due to the COVID-19 pandemic , this will be the first full ISPA U . S . Spa Industry Study report released since 2019 . The ISPA Team worked extensively with PwC to craft a survey that comprehensively addressed the issues brought on by the pandemic in an effort to make it as relevant and useful as possible for members who depend on ISPA for critical data points — especially in the wake of a year as tumultuous and impactful as 2020 .

ISPA STRONGER TOGETHER SUMMIT attendees greatly enjoyed getting an early , intimate look into what 30 of ISPA ’ s incredible resource partner members have in store for 2021 in the Summit ’ s Product Learning Lab .
