helped prepare a Thanksgiving meal
for the Atlantic City Rescue Mission,
feeding a community of 700 homeless.
2. On December 11, 2019, Hyatt Hotel
Corporation celebrated their second
annual Global Day of Gratitude. This
event called for colleagues, guests,
customers and friends to visit
hyatt.com/gratitude to share a
Gratitude Gram with anyone in the
world for whom they are most grateful.
In return, Hyatt Hotels Foundation
donated $1 USD for every Gratitude
Gram sent, totaling up to $100,000, to
Youth Career Initiative and Grads of
Life, a national initiative which
prepares deserving and at-risk youth
for lifelong careers in hospitality.

1. The Grand Velas Riviera Maya
announced that vegan beauty
treatments have been added to their
2020 spa menu. In addition to being
cruelty-free, the products used in the
luxury vegan treatments will be
certified organic and free of parabens
and formaldehyde.
2. Mandarin Oriental Boston and
Aromatherapy Associates have part-
nered together to introduce the Forest
Therapy Journey to the U.S. market.
The Forest Therapy Journey, inspired by
Japanese forest bathing rituals, is
especially designed for guests who are
stressed and overwhelmed by city life.
The essential oil blend is a combination
of 22 essential oils that replicate the
elixir of nature.
