Y
A Warm Welcome
T
he Welcome Reception on April 14 will be a
perfect time to get to know your fellow
attendees and speak with the event’s sponsors,
all of whom stake their name on helping businesses
like yours build strong, vibrant workforces.
High Impact, Quick-Hitting
Education
T
he ISPA Talent Symposium is shaped by the
feedback and ideas of ISPA members. In addition
to keynotes by Seth Mattison and Smiley
Poswolsky, the Talent Symposium features several
additional education sessions on the topics that matter
to you, such as the regulatory hurdles to workforce
shortages and how to establish new talent pipelines.
The event will also feature in-depth looks at the top two
workforce innovations of your ISPA peers and a
moderated panel discussion led by longtime ISPA
educator Bryan Williams.
F
rom 1-5pm the day before the Talent Symposium,
reserve a one-on-one appointment with an Inter-
national Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach. In
the session, you’ll
talk specifically
about the work-
place challenges
your business faces
and brainstorm ideas on how to overcome them. You can
learn more about ICF and what to expect from an ICF-cer-
tified coach on the next page.
