With more than 25 years in the recreation and wellness industry , Jarrett has served in both faculty and administrative positions at universities throughout the U . S . CORE Unlimited has been instrumental in the design , opening and operations of dozens of university wellness facilities throughout North America , while Connect2Concepts has become the operations software of choice for more than 200 colleges and universities . Jarrett serves on a variety of boards , including the Walt Disney World College Program , Dress for Success and the Women ’ s Football Foundation , and leads the ISPA Collaborative on Higher Education ( CoHE ). Every year , ISPA members navigate a rich array of options for education session topics at the annual ISPA Conference . Speakers and panelists with varying perspectives ensure that the sessions speak to all members . Diversity of presentation formats also creates unique opportunities for variety and audience engagement .
Several Knowledge Builder sessions are structured with a panel format , in which a moderator guides several panelists in discussion about a set topic . Knowledge Builder panels follow a question-and-answer cadence initiated by the moderator . While the panel discussion typically starts with a list of pre-selected questions to be sure important aspects of the session topic are covered , the moderator often chooses to allow the panel discussion to develop organically based on panelists ’ insights and audience interest .
