Probably one weekend per month we will “ lock up ” cell phones from Friday night to Sunday night and focus on being present . I love to drink tea at night and set aside time to write about my feelings , worries and goals . Today , my journal is practically an extension of myself ! I don ’ t take my phone in my bedroom at night and no TV in my bedroom . I also don ’ t take my phone with me on walks , with or without my dog : One , it ’ s more relaxing , and two , I ’ m always on the lookout for snakes ! The struggle is real in Arizona .”
