Like a true community, let's make meaningful connections. Aimed at
helping ISPA members discover each other, share one another's passions and
inspirations, and hopefully kick-start warm introductions among peers, this
section called Social Connections is all about building bridges. Share your

1. Management philosophy: I follow The Four Agreements:
A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom by author, shamanic
teacher and healer Don Miguel Ruiz.
1. Be impeccable with your word.
2. Don’t take anything personally.
3. Don’t make assumptions.
4. Always do your best.
Greatest fear: Losing my connection to self.
Most challenging business decisions: Human resource issues
regarding employees who are excellent at what they do but
are not putting the effort to be part of a team and help build
the business. It’s difficult to see that potential and not being
able to mentor them to a place of personal success.
4. Greatest extravagance: Good wine!
Time-management advice: Prioritize, organize, make lists but
always make time for your customers and team.
2. Favorite after-work activities: Spending time with my son
and dog. Reading and practicing yoga.
Talent you would like to have: I’d like to be compassionate to
all living beings in all situations.
3. Real-life heroes: My mother, Frida Kahlo, Jane Goodall,
Georgia O’Keefe, Mother Theresa, and the goddess in all
women!
Adjectives that describe you: Happy, willing, open, excitable
and passionate
5. Favorite books: The Unbearable Lightness of Being by
Milan Kundera and Inertia by Kim Cope Tait
All-time favorite poem: Desiderata by Max Ehrmann
6. Idea of a cool ride: Maserati
Favorite quote: “She’s like the wind.”
Reasons that give your life meaning: My son and husband
and being surrounded by people who desire to help make a
better community and world.
