program for both potential and current
staff members.
“We provide a six-month training
program for individuals who would like to
be therapists but have no knowledge or
background,” notes Dewi Sariani, director
of spa at Thermes Marins Bali. “We train
and nurture them to be ready to perform
professional spa services and most of
them become members of our staff.”
For existing team members, the spa
arranges monthly training plans to
maintain product knowledge and
conducts regular audits and assessments
to keep staff performance consistent. “We
